This adapter is used for converting military helmets to civilian. Blue tube unit comes with an extension of three feet which works well with short corded military helmets.
This adapter is best used as a temporary application to converting your helmet from low to High impedance. If your planing on a permanent solution, we recommend that change out the microphone and speakers to a civilian unit.
